Stepping back means letting go of our defenses, hurts, frustrations, and irritations. It’s all ego we are spending our time joining with instead of God.

Let’s get on the fast track today.
Be willing to open up our hearts and offer compassion to the people and situations that usually cause us to respond in anger or with judgmental grievances.
Remember, there is nothing outside of our minds.

Has all of your struggling and striving gotten you anything or anywhere yet?
So, just for today, why don’t you experiment with this idea.
Just for today, place more of your faith in trusting God than in the fearful ego that you usually spend time joining with and worshipping.
Try it, with just one single person or situation today.
What is the result?
Today, let’s walk with God in perfect holiness and wholeness. We are already complete, with nothing missing.
Quiet our frantic, angry, confused minds and open up our hearts to allow our compassion to pour out to someone today, enabling him or her to enjoy a relaxing and restful moment in the presence of love and connection.
Let God lead the way for you. You need do nothing except ask for His guidance.
Only by practicing this way, as often as possible, will we know what this experience feels like.
Stop now, for just a moment, and ask God to lead the way.

Talk with God.
Listen for God’s voice to speak to you, leading you to His perfect peace.
