Nothing I see in this room [on this street, from this window, in this place] means anything.
Everything is neutral.
The blackboard of my mind is now being erased.
I am learning that I know nothing, and because of my limited knowledge, I am learning to make no decisions on my own.
I am learning to make the Holy Spirit my Constant Companion from moment to moment, in every moment. Not a companion that is an equal partner, but one who is a great comforter in that He is doing the work in me.
For this to happen, I must let go, surrender. In my powerlessness will my Power come forth.
I need do nothing but practice much and judge not.
My practice is to give to the Holy Spirit all the meaning that I have attributed to everything.
I am asking the Holy Spirit to return my mind to state of being a clean slate, where nothing I see means anything.
A Course in Miracles is a course showing us how to recognize how the mind works, both conscious and unconscious. It is a course in mind training to shift our perception to see the world differently, to detaching from the world, to seeing all as it is, neutral and without the toxicity of my small-minded judgments. I am then free to be a clear channel of God’s Love-Light.
We see the world more like we did when we were children, with innocence, joy, peace, and trust.
With the eyes of a child, then, we can experience the Kingdom of Heaven.
We are not alone.
We are not without purpose.
Recognizing that nothing I see means anything will allow me to be guided to my purpose, and as I live on purpose I will know I am not alone.
The Holy Spirit is intent on using the contents of my life that appear to be part of the ego’s dream of separation as a bridge to reconnecting me to the Sprit’s world of Oneness.
The Spirit’s view is real. The ego’s world does not exist.
There is only one power.
