Say these words, moving them out of our thinking minds, past all of our mental patterns, and into our whole self.
The focus on practice in this final review lesson is giving us a taste of what the next 20 lessons will be like, with their focus on practices that are undertaken in order to elicit a direct experience that goes beyond just repeating words in our heads.
The aim of lessons 181 – 200 will primarily be as practices intended at removing more of the blocks to love and peace that yet remain in us.
